I'm posting this from a roadside cafe un Yorkshire, about 3 hrs north of Cambridge! I'm on my way to Scotland for a week of holiday and photography workshops. Hoping for snow, and to come back with photos of Scottish wildlife! The weather here is gorgeous and sunny, and we are all having good chats about Gd and the Bbl in the car. I'll post more when we arrive this evening! Hope you are all well!

February 5, 2011
Oh dear I can't believe it's been since January 15th that I wrote last! Things have been ticking along here, the weather has been very warm with the flowers all popping out and feeling more spring like everyday. Today at Stag we celebrated Lunar New Year, with food and fun games and a talk about the Good News so we could invite our non-believing friends along. I took lots of photos for them to use for publicity.
We are now onto web site no 2 for the business- this one is targeted at wedding work. We're calling this branch of our business Cambridge Wedding Photography. It's stage 2 of 3, with the 3rd stage being a web site for photography learning and workshops that we're hosting, in particular trips to Michigan for unique photography experiences such as moose, elk, and wolves.
I've been trying to find clever ways to communicate with Nelly now that she's lost her lower range hearing- she's a very social cat, and I notice that she's languishing a bit as she can't hear any voices. She can still hear birds and whistles and things, but she seems like a person who can't hear- isolated and a bit bored. Did you know that they make hearing aids for cats? They do! And as Nelly is in such good health, I'd hate for her to spend the last 5 years of her life without being able to hear me. I'm considering getting her one, if she'll keep it in her ear that is.
That's the main news from this side of the Pond! Hope you are all well and being careful in this snow- Living Proof class I tried to call you Sunday but no luck, if I can't get through tomorrow (Sunday) then please pass on my happy birthday wishes to our dear Claude who has turned 90, and tell him that I am so blessed by his love for our Father and his encouragement of the saints- his perseverance in the faith and running the race so as to win the prize is an inspiration to us all, and I know he will hear our Father say "well done good and faithful servant," as will all of you in the Living Proof class! Love you!
