This will be a short update- we had a great time in the Peak District, although we did get lost looking for the B & B that we stayed at each night. :) I have some good pictures of us too which I hope to get up soon. We went down into Speedwell Cavern, which is something like 600 feet below ground, where they mined lead. And then we climbed up Mam Tor, which is 2000 ft above sea level. :) So we had a good trip.
G's mom made it here safe and sound- he just picked her up, and she's getting settled in while G does a bit of work. My parents sent along a bunch of taco seasoning packets, chili packets, and veggie boullion so we're set for awhile. Just opening the bag I could smell the taco seasoning, and it made me really hungry for tacos! There's nothing like a smell of home. :)
