I had decided that if I wasn't feeling pretty close to over this by this morning I'd have to cancel my Spain trip, and unfortunately I'm still not over it. In addition to the fever I now have a hacking cough, and there's just no way I will be able to leave early tomorrow morning for Madrid. G has been taking good care of me, getting me food and working from home so I won't be lonely, and even Nelly has been enjoying 2 full days of snuggling on the bed with me. :) I've been working on some cross stitch projects at times when my fever is lower and I can do something productive, and the Tylenol and cough medicine have both helped a lot.
I was supposed to lead a demonstration on making Christmas wreaths, but we've pushed that back till next Thursday instead, which is perfect for me. Thanks for your prs, and I'm glad that I got this now and not at Christmas when we're on our way back to the US. :)
